The Role

The Receptionist will be responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:
Answering telephone calls, enquiries and requests and re-directing calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
Greet, assist and / or direct visitors and clients.
Provide accurate and timely information regarding the Company and respond to routine inquiries externally and internally.
Distribute incoming fax messages and e-mails to the concerned staff.
Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing postal mails.
Assist in organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, and booking meeting rooms as requested.
Supporting Administration team in various other tasks that may be assigned by the Department Manager.
